Part 1: Overview of NADCAP and Its Role in the Aerospace Industry

• Introduction to PRI & Nadcap Task Groups

• Operating mechanisms, roles of OEMs & suppliers

• Registration, preparation, and Nadcap audit process

• Relationship between AS 9100 and NADCAP in special process management

Part 2: Special Processes and Detailed Technical Criteria (Audit Criteria – AC)

Participants will receive in-depth guidance on NADCAP technical requirements and checklists for the following process groups:

• Heat Treating – AC7102

• Welding – AC7110

• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) – AC7114

• Chemical Processing (CP) – AC7108 (Plating, Anodizing, Passivation, etc.)

• Coatings / Painting – AC7109

• Materials Testing – AC7101

Part 4: Internal Audit Simulation Workshop

• Simulated NADCAP audits using real checklists
