VINTECOM International Successfully Completes a Three-Day RBA VAP V8.0.2 Training and Compliance Assessment Program at LITEON, Supporting Supply Chain Compliance Requirements Associated with NVIDIA, Google, ASUS and Other Big Tech Companies in the Global Technology Supply Chain.
VINTECOM International has successfully completed a three-day program at LITEON Vietnam, comprising RBA awareness training for management teams on the key pillars of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), combined with on-site VAP assessment activities and interviews with Vietnamese and foreign workers.
The program aimed to raise awareness, strengthen compliance management capabilities, and support the company in preparing for assessment requirements under RBA VAP V8.0.2. This initiative reflects the growing need for electronics manufacturers to meet increasingly stringent expectations regarding corporate social responsibility, working conditions, and, in particular, the compliance requirements of major technology customers and business partners such as NVIDIA, Google, ASUS and other Big Tech companies across the global technology supply chain.
RBA VAP V8.0.2 Awareness Training for Management Teams
As part of the program, VINTECOM International delivered awareness training on the key pillars of the RBA Code of Conduct, helping management personnel better understand their roles, responsibilities, and applicable control requirements within their respective areas of responsibility.
The training focused on five key areas:
- Labor: Requirements relating to recruitment, working conditions, workers’ rights, and other relevant labor issues.
- Health and Safety: Hazard identification, risk control, and the protection of workers’ health and safety in the workplace.
- Environment: Management of environmental aspects and compliance with applicable environmental requirements.
- Ethics: Promoting responsible, transparent, and ethical business practices.
- Management Systems: Establishing management mechanisms, assigning responsibilities, controlling records, monitoring implementation, and driving continual improvement.
Through this training, management teams gained a stronger foundation for integrating RBA requirements into day-to-day operations while improving coordination among human resources, production, health and safety, environmental management, and other supporting functions.

Combining Training with On-Site Assessment and Worker Interviews
In addition to the training activities, the three-day program included on-site assessments and interviews with Vietnamese and foreign workers at a facility with a workforce of more than 10,000,000 employees.
Combining these activities helps evaluate how requirements are implemented in practice, rather than relying solely on documents and records. It also provides an opportunity to clarify the links between policies, management procedures, working conditions, and workers’ actual experiences within LITEON’s manufacturing and business operations.
Assessment and interview activities should be conducted in accordance with the defined scope, assessment methodology, and applicable requirements. The information collected provides a basis for identifying practices to be maintained, areas for improvement, and follow-up actions where necessary.
