Training – Consulting – Auditing on SCAN (Supplier Compliance Audit Network) Supply Chain Security Program and RBA – Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct at COUNTRY MATE Vietnam

Under a cooperation agreement between VINTECOM International and COUNTRY MATE Vietnam, a training, consulting, and auditing program based on SCAN & RBA standards has been implemented at COUNTRY MATE Vietnam – an electronics assembly plant specializing in the manufacturing and assembly of electronic components and headphones for leading global retailers such as Walmart, Amazon, Costco Wholesale, Schwarz Group, and The Home Depot.

The team of experts from VINTECOM International conducted SCAN security standard training for key management personnel in the factory, aiming to prevent activities such as theft, smuggling, counterfeiting, terrorism, fraud, or cargo loss within the supply chain.

🔹 Enhancing transparency in operational processes, enabling the factory to meet the stringent requirements of global corporations.
🔹 Aligning with international security initiatives such as CTPAT (USA), PIP (Canada), and EU AEO (European Union), thereby minimizing the need for multiple overlapping audits.

In addition, VINTECOM International’s expert team provided integrated training on the RBA social responsibility standard as a complementary requirement to the SCAN standard. The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct serves as an industry standard addressing Social, Environmental, and Ethical performance in global supply chains.

The RBA Code of Conduct training was aligned with internationally recognized guidelines and standards, including:

➡️ By integrating the SCAN security standards checklist with the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Code of Conduct, this program supports COUNTRY MATE in establishing international standards to ensure that working conditions within the supply chain are safe, and that business operations are conducted responsibly, ethically, and with respect for human rights and the environment.

The objective of the training – consulting – audit program according to SCAN and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards developed by VINTECOM International is to help businesses:
