ISO/IEC 17025 Consultant, Management System for competence of testing and calibration laboratory at Bayer Vietnam- a member of Bayer Group (Germany)

Consultant of ISO/IEC 17025, Consultant of testing and calibration laboratories

VINTECOM International has officially reached an agreement with Bayer Vietnam Co., Ltd – a member company of the global Bayer Group headquartered in Germany – to provide training and consultancy services for establishing a Laboratory Competence Management and Calibration System in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, within the scope of “Physical Testing and Active Ingredient Analysis.”

The ISO/IEC 17025 consultancy for Bayer Vietnam Co., Ltd in the scope of “Physical Testing and Active Ingredient Analysis” is focused on establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the reliability and accuracy of measurements and testing within the laboratory management system, with the following objectives:1. Ensure technical competence and reliability of testing results
Develop standardized technical procedures (SOPs) for:
+ Physical testing: moisture, solubility, pH, dissolution, disintegration, weight variation… depending on the product.
+ Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) testing: determination of content, purity, impurities (by HPLC, UV, GC, etc.).
+ Establish calibration methods and control of measuring equipment and analytical instruments.
+ Ensure accuracy, precision, and detection limits in line with requirements.
2. Comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements
Develop and implement the documentation system required by the standard:
+ Quality policy, quality manual, procedures, laboratory records, forms, etc.
+ Risk management, change control, and corrective action system.
+ Competence management of laboratory personnel and periodic proficiency assessments.
+ Establish internal audit plan and conduct management reviews.
3. Support preparation for accreditation (VILAS/ILAC)
+ Prepare registration dossier for accreditation with the A2LA (USA).
+ Support internal trial assessments and mock audits (pre-audits).
+ Provide guidance for corrective actions on non-conformities identified during third-party A2LA assessments.
4. Enhance credibility and legal value of testing results
Assist Bayer Vietnam in demonstrating technical competence when reporting test results to:
+ Government regulatory bodies (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, etc.).
+ Global partners in the pharmaceutical, agriculture, and chemical supply chains.
+ Contribute to product quality improvement, support R&D activities, and strengthen output quality control.
