Ngoi Phat hydropower project is located in the area of 2 communes Ban Xeo and Ban Vuoc, Bat Xat district, Lao Cai province, Ngoi Phat hydropower project includes the main dam located on Ngoi Phat stream, the energy route includes the estuary. water intake, water tunnel, pressure tower, pressure pipeline, factory - outlet channel, 110KV outdoor power distribution station and 110KV transmission line.
