5S training course - Good practice conducted by VINTECOM Training Center in Ho Chi Minh City

5S is a tool to improve productivity and quality by Hiroyuki Hirano, a Japanese expert, he made the point in the overall approach to the production management system.

The purpose of 5S is to create and maintain a work environment conveniently, quickly, accurately and efficiently at any location to work from active areas such as: the office, the factory, warehouse, raw materials or other locations around the grounds, parking. . . 5S requires commitment, awareness and participation of everyone from the leaders to all the staffs. 5S is the origin and foundation of the Lean Production System (Lean Manufacturing System).
