ISO 17025 Training- Lead auditor/ Auditor for General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories

ISO 17025 training course provides a framework for quality management requirements and laboratory calibration of the organization with the desire to improve the capacity of the laboratory staff or to gain independent recognition and objectivity of 3rd party certification body .

The new ISO / IEC 17025 training course in 2017 provides additional requirements for the 2005 version to ensure the laboratories need to meet the following:

1. Operate independently and objectively to ensure the reliability and accuracy of test results without pressure on commercial and financial aspects.

2. Build up information security management system and keep measurement / testing data confidential including customer information.

3. Maintain evidence of verification activities and validate the use of laboratory results / processes including measuring / testing equipment, human capacity , software and laboratory infrastructure.

4. Regulate the sequence and conditions required for measurement / testing sampling activities.

5. Regulate the order and necessary conditions for handling customer complaints.

6. Develop a risk management system for objectivity and measurement / testing processes of the laboratory to achieve targeted results such as planning

7. Control changes in planning and implementation so as not to affect the reliability and accuracy of laboratory measurement / test results.

8. Apply techniques such as statistics to track and analyze process results and process trends.

9. Other specific requirements that the laboratory must meet and update in addition to the document system such as: Policies, objectives, interior, inter-room comparison, proficiency testing, operation Review of lab leadership, remediation of inappropriate work and improvement activities.

The training has a continuous interaction between the trainers to help students make analysis of standard understanding and assessment practice to ensure that students rely on evidence gathered in the field. Based on the evaluation criteria for laboratory and calibration have been identified.

The training content includes: general acceptance of standards, interpretation of ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 on technical management requirements and laboratory quality control and calibration, standard evaluation techniques ISO / IEC 19011: 2018, practical exercises, case identification, group discussion.

At the end of the course, students who have to pass the VINTECOM International standard test will receive a certificate of training of assessors / laboratory experts and calibration according to ISO / IEC 17025 : 2017
